IMPROMPTU was founded in September 2011 by Teresia Novelita who graduated from LaSalle College International Jakarta - Fashion Design in 2009 and worked at various fashion lines before finally deciding on opening one herself. The prevailing style it adopts is urbane and versatile. Its fashion is Unique, yet wearable; Posh, yet affordable; Fashionable, yet casual.It focuses on clothing for women in their teens up to mid age, believing no woman should dress older than their age to gain recognition or try hard to look younger by wearing clothes that are in style but do not suit them.
